About late delivery:
Orders are almost always shipped on time. Unexpectedly, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• Mistaken address
• Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units
• Extreme weather conditions
• International customs clearance
If you notice that your order has been delivered later than expected, you can contact us by email: support@ridestylecustom.com. We will solve it within 1 – 3 business days.
Please note:
- Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
- Deliveries to military regions (APO/FPO/DPO) may also take an additional 7-10 business days.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- Large orders (Canvas, Poster) can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.
- Please note that orders with many items might be sent out in different packages. This means your items could arrive at various times.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
