Every Ride Style Custom item is unique! It is made to order. We print each order just for you, one at a time, to ensure the highest quality.
To offer you a wide variety of custom designs at competitive prices, we work with global fulfillment partners. Depending on the product, your order may be shipped directly from our international partner facilities.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing (Production) Time: All of our products are made-to-order. It typically takes 2 to 7 business days to manufacture, quality check, and pack your order, depending on the product type and complexity.

About late delivery:
Orders are almost always shipped on time. Unexpectedly, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• Mistaken address
• Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units
• Extreme weather conditions
• International customs clearance
If you notice that your order has been delivered later than expected, you can contact us by email: support@ridestylecustom.com. We will solve it within 1 – 3 business days.
Please note:
- Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
- Deliveries to military regions (APO/FPO/DPO) may also take an additional 7-10 business days.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- Large orders (Canvas, Poster) can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.
- Please note that orders with many items might be sent out in different packages. This means your items could arrive at various times.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of items in your order and your shipping location. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all US orders with a subtotal of $95.00 or more.
1. United States (US)
Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of items in your order. We use a simple flat-rate formula to determine your shipping costs:
- Base Shipping Rate: $5.99 for the first item in your order.
- Additional Items: $2.00 for each additional item added to the same order.
- (For example: If you buy 1 item, shipping is $5.99. If you buy 2 items, shipping is $7.99. If you buy 3 items, shipping is $9.99).
Free Shipping Offer: We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all U.S. domestic orders with a total subtotal of $95.00 or more (after any discounts are applied).
Note: Final shipping costs are calculated based on the highest applicable rate between order value and item count at checkout.

- No Free Shipping: Please note that Free Shipping offers only apply to orders within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated based on the number of items to cover logistics and handling costs.
- Customs and Duties: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
- Combined Shipping: If your order contains many items, they may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safety and comply with international shipping regulations.
