Can I customize a jersey with my name or team logo?

Currently, we offer a curated collection of pre-designed jerseys. Custom jerseys with personalized names, numbers, or team logos are available.

For custom orders, please contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide a quote within 48 hours.

How should I wash and care for my jersey?

To keep your jersey looking and performing its best:

  • Machine wash in cold water (30°C / 86°F max)
  • Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent
  • Turn the jersey inside out before washing
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener
  • Hang dry – avoid tumble drying and ironing
  • Do not dry clean

What material are the jerseys made from?

Our cycling jerseys are crafted from premium moisture-wicking polyester blends, specifically:

  • Main Body: 100% high-performance polyester with UPF 50+ sun protection
  • Side Panels: Breathable mesh for maximum ventilation
  • Back Pockets: Reinforced elastic polyester

How do I find the right jersey size?

We recommend using our Size Guide available on each product page. To find your perfect fit:

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
  • Height: Your overall height helps determine jersey length.

Our jerseys are designed with a club fit (regular fit) cut – snug yet comfortable, providing a balance between aerodynamic performance and everyday comfort. Check each product listing for specific sizing notes.

What is the difference between cycling jerseys and casual apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies)?

There are key differences between our product lines:

Cycling Jerseys (Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve):

Do you sell cycling caps or hats?

Yes, we offer a selection of cycling caps and hats featuring custom designs that match our jersey collections.

Our hats include:

  • Casual Caps – Baseball-style caps for everyday wear

Hats are designed to be one-size-fits-most with adjustable closures for a comfortable fit. Check individual product listings for specific details and materials.

How should T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Sweatshirts fit?

Our casual apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts) follows a standard US/EU relaxed fit – they are not form-fitting like our cycling jerseys.

Sizing tips:

  • True to size – Order your usual size for a comfortable, relaxed fit
  • For a looser/oversized look – Size up one size
  • For a slimmer fit – Consider your regular size; these are already a comfortable cut

What are your Hawaiian Shirts made from and how do they fit?

Our Hawaiian Shirts are designed for a relaxed, casual fit – perfect for vacations, parties, or everyday summer style.

  • Material: Lightweight polyester blend with a smooth, silky feel
  • Fit: Relaxed fit – loose and comfortable, not body-hugging
  • Features: Button-up front, short sleeves, classic camp collar
  • Printing: All-over sublimation for vibrant, full-coverage designs

Sizing tip: Hawaiian shirts run slightly larger than regular shirts. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a more fitted look, or your regular size for the classic relaxed Hawaiian feel.

Do you offer matching sets (Jersey + Bib Shorts)?

Yes! Many of our cycling jersey designs come with matching bib shorts available separately. When purchasing:

  • Look for the “Matching Set Available” note on the product page
  • Jersey and bib shorts are sold separately so you can mix and match sizes (e.g., Medium jersey + Large bib shorts)
  • Both items feature the same design and color scheme for a coordinated look on the road

Tip: Ordering the jersey and bib shorts together ensures the best color match, as print batches may vary slightly over time.

What is the difference between Bib Shorts and Long Pants?

Both are designed for cycling, but they serve different purposes:

Bib Shorts:

  • Length: Above the knee
  • Straps: Shoulder straps (bib design) for a secure, comfortable fit without a waistband
  • Padding: Built-in chamois pad for comfort on long rides
  • Best for: Warm weather, road cycling, racing

Long Pants:

  • Length: Full-length to the ankle
  • Design: Standard waistband (no shoulder straps)
  • Padding: Chamois pad included
  • Best for: Cold weather, autumn/winter riding, wind protection

Are your products unisex or gender-specific?

It depends on the product type:

Gender-Specific (separate men’s & women’s sizing):

Women’s cycling apparel features a tailored cut with adjusted chest, waist, and hip measurements for a better fit.

  • Actual colors may vary by up to 10-20% from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, and device displays
  • Sublimation-printed items (jerseys, Hawaiian shirts) tend to have very accurate, vibrant colors
  • DTG-printed items (T-shirts, hoodies) may have slight variations depending on the fabric color

Tips for best accuracy:

  • View products on a calibrated monitor with standard brightness
  • If exact color matching is critical, please contact us before ordering and we can send you a fabric swatch photo taken in natural light

Orders & Payment

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also:

  • Log in to your account and check My Orders
  • Click the tracking link in your email to view real-time shipping updates
  • Track your order by entering your email address and order number in the form tracking order.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed through trusted payment gateways.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand plans can change! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Within 4 hours of placing your order: Contact us immediately via email or the Contact page, and we’ll do our best to modify or cancel it.
  • After 4 hours: Once your order enters production, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible because our products are custom-made to order.

Since each item is printed on demand, production typically begins very quickly. We recommend double-checking your size, color, and shipping address before completing checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Because all our products are made to order (printed on demand), processing times vary by product:

  • Standard items (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats): 2 – 4 business days
  • Cycling apparel (Jerseys, Bib Shorts, Long Pants): 5 – 7 business days
  • Hawaiian Shirts5 – 7 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your item is produced and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder – our emails sometimes end up there.
  2. Verify your email address – ensure you entered the correct email at checkout.
  3. Check your account – log in to “My Account” → “Orders” to confirm your order was placed.

If your order appears in your account but you still haven’t received an email, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll resend the confirmation.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?

For international orders (outside the USA):

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot predict or control these fees as they vary by country.
  • Our product prices do not include international duties or taxes.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Yes, we welcome bulk orders for cycling teams, corporate events, or resale!

  • No minimum order required, but if you are placing a bulk order, please contact us first and we will provide a special discount code.
  • Custom designs: Available for bulk orders (team logos, custom colors, personalized names/numbers).

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was declined or didn’t go through, here are some common reasons and solutions:

  • Incorrect card details: Double-check your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
  • Bank security block: Some banks flag international transactions – contact your bank to authorize the payment.
  • Address mismatch: Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer.
  • Payment Service Error: Sometimes our payment gateway experiences temporary errors. If you’ve verified everything else is correct, please contact us so we can look into it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination:

  • USA: 5-10 business days (Free shipping on orders over $59.99)
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-18 business days
  • Australia/NZ: 10-18 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-25 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order:

  • USA & Canada$5.99 for the first item, plus $2.00 for each additional item. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $95.
  • Rest of the World$7.99 for the first item, plus $2.00 for each additional item. (Free shipping is not available for international orders outside the USA and Canada).

Tip: Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time consists of Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing times depend on the product type:

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can! Please contact us as soon as possible. We can change your shipping address as long as your order has not shipped out yet.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer able to modify the destination address.

My package is lost or taking too long. What should I do?

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link – sometimes there are delays in scanning updates, especially for international shipments.
  2. Wait a few extra days – international packages can be held at customs, which may add 3 – 7 days to the transit time.
  3. Contact us if your package shows no tracking updates for an extended period.

We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?

For some products, like Standard items (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats), we can expedite shipping so you will receive your order in 2-3 days.

If you have a strict deadline or need expedited shipping for eligible items, please contact us before placing your order to make arrangements!

How are orders packaged?

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely:

  • All products are individually wrapped in protective poly bags.
  • Items are placed in sturdy mailer envelopes or shipping boxes depending on order size.
  • Cycling jerseys and bib shorts are carefully folded to prevent creasing.

We do not include invoices or pricing inside the package, making your order perfectly suitable to be sent directly as a gift.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be:

  • Unworn (tags attached)
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with packaging

To initiate a return, visit the Returns section or contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

We stand behind the quality of our products! If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  2. Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
  3. A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund – you usually won’t even need to ship the defective item back to us!

Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?

Because all of our products are custom-made to order (printed on demand specifically for you), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

To prevent sizing issues, we highly recommend reviewing our detailed Size Chart on every product page before placing your order.

However, we want you to be happy with your gear! If you have a serious issue with the fit, please contact our support team. While we can’t accept a standard return, we may be able to offer a special discount on a replacement item in the correct size.

How do I start a return or refund request?

If your situation qualifies for a return or refund (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), starting a request is easy:

  1. Go to our Contact Us page or email our support team directly.
  2. Provide your Name and Order Number.
  3. Explain the reason for your request and attach clear photos if the item is flawed.

Once approved, how long does it take to get my refund?

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be issued from our system back to your original method of payment. Processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: It typically takes 5-14 business days for your bank to process the refund and for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process and appear in your PayPal account.

If you haven’t received your refund after these timeframes, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as they may have processing delays.

If you need to change the size, color please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters production, modifications may not be possible.

For cancellations, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned under our return policy.

1. Chest

Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest.

2. Waist

Measure vertically from the collar seam to the bottom hem.

4. Sleeve Length

Measure from the neck seam along the top of the sleeve to the cuff.
