How To Measure

Chest

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level under your arms and across the shoulder blades.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point of your torso, typically above the navel.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level all the way around.

Back / Body Length

Measure from the base of the neck (C7 vertebra) down the center of your back to the natural waistline.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the ankle bone along the inside of the leg.

Sleeve

Measure from the center of the shoulder seam down to the wrist bone, with your arm slightly bent.
